		<description>I'd rather look at in text link exchanges on anyones blog that reads this comment as I can do much more to promote an individual page on someone elses site rather than the side bar.

This is much more mutually beneficial than an obvious two-way ongoing link on every post which is almost certainly going to be ignored by the search engines.
