How are elephantitis of the testicles and internet marketing success related?

Published by under motivation and mindset, strategy

Don’t watch the video if you are easily offended please

1. They are not going to occur overnight.

2. They are becoming more common and the results can get out of hand (see Joe Vitale link below) - pardon the pun.
Elephantiasis - source the free dictionary -

Lymphatic filariasis is a disease of underdeveloped regions found in South America, Central Africa, Asia, the Pacific Islands, and the Caribbean. It is a disease that has been present for centuries, as ancient Persian and Indian writings clearly described elephant-like swellings of the arms, legs, and genitals. It is estimated that 120 million people in the world have lymphatic filariasis. The disease appears to be spreading, in spite of decades of research in this area.

3. They can be offensive - I’m sorry if anyone has been put off by this post it may be a little extreme in nature. However flaunting your results may or may not benefit you long term check out Joe Vitales recent sales page.

4. They require immediate specialist help. A great free starter guide internet marketing success formula and everything you nead to know about web 2.0 in the free authority black book

six age related mistake marketers make online and off.

Myth no1

Older people are all the same. - so wrong it’s about as stupid and offbase as assuming that all teenagers are exactly the same.

Myth no 2

Old people think of themselves as old - now here’s a direct quote from my wifes 83 year old gran. “Your not old until your at least 95″

Myth no 3

Not an important marketing segment - guess what old people have the most spending power on the globe just now. No mortgages and more free time on their hands.

Myth no 4

They won’t try some thing new - contrary to young peoples opinion this is not even close to the truth and related to the fact that the young tend to think that old people keep themselves to themselves just have a look at your local paper and there will be some form of targeted activity advertised by older folks for older folks.

myth no 5

They have impaired mental abilities - absolutely wrong and sweeping generalisation 95% of the older generation have exactly the same mental capacites that the did 15 to 20 years ago.

myth no 6

They are in poor health - well the ones that are in poor health are but this is the same for any age and it is generally assumed wrongly once again that anyone over 60 isn’t physically active if we were being honest here it is our teenagers that aren’e physically active.

Add this to your own blueprint for an internet marketing succes formula and you won’t go to far wrong.

Other age related issues talked about recently in the blogosphere or marketing forums.

www.outfrontblog.com -Does Getting Old Mean Going Back into the Closet? I’m a married 34 year old with 2 children I’m not going to ignore other sub groups even if they ignore me.
webhostingtalk.com - Is design essential?
healty everytime.blogspot.com - redefining the boundaries of age
/hospitalmarketinganas.blogspot.com- healthcare marketers instinctively know how
interactivemedia.org - Youth culture will virtually disappear in Europe as the marketing of new technology is directed to the growing older population

Website Flipping Secrets Revealed

Published by under free private label downloads

If you’re looking for a method for creating INSTANT revenue without having to scrounge for traffic or convince people to joint venture with you, this will be the most important message you’ll ever read.

Because I’m going to tell you how to flip websites—like real estate moguls flip houses.
Yep that’s right—instead of building and selling homes, you’ll be flipping “virtual” real estate!

But before I tell you more, let me talk to you about a really special guy. In fact…

He Went From Flipping Burgers
And Shoveling Fries At Wendy’s To
Becoming A Website-Flipping Expert!

His name is Justin Brooke. You see, back in the day, he used to be a real troublemaker in school and didn’t get good grades. It got so bad he actually dropped out of high school.

You’d think a high school dropout was destined for a life flipping burgers at the local burger joint. And you’re right—since Justin did that for awhile to make money to make ends meet for his wife and kids.

But Justin was destined to do more. A whole LOT more. He wasn’t ready to settle for the “status quo” of working for “The Man” and earning minimum wage for the rest of his life.

No Way!

In fact, Justin was SO determine to succeed…

He BEGGED and PLEADED With Internet
Marketing Guru Russell Brunson To Allow Him To
Work As An Unpaid Intern!

After awhile, Russell decided to give this unproven guy a shot. And, boy, did he hit it out of the park!

Justin became a literal internet marketing wizard. He went from working full time to warning enough money to quit his job. In fact, he did so well, his wife was able to quit her job as a full-time teacher to work with her husband from home!

How did he do it? Website flipping!

You see, website flipping is the way to make quick money on the internet. You don’t have to waste time getting traffic to your site for scrounging up people to do JVs with you.

All you have to do is discover a few simple rules for creating and selling websites and you’re off to the races.

Literally…

If You Can Build A Simple Website,
Pay For Hosting, And Write A Letter To
Your Grandmother, You Have What It
Takes To Flip Websites For Profit!

Justin is the best at what he does. In fact people pay him hundreds to THOUSANDS of dollars to learn how to buy and sell websites.

But for the first time, he granted his mentor Russell Brunson one hour-long interview where he grilled Justin on how to make money online as an expert website flipper. I guess you can call it a “thank you” for teaching Justin the marketing savvy it takes to succeed in the internet marketing game.

You get every second of this exclusive interview when you take action today and order:

Globalisation issues for new product launch

Published by under psychology, strategy

What does the shorter new product cycle and drive towards global economy mean for managers and individuals in an international business environment? Developments will be trace dsimplistically in terms of opportunities and threats.

What are the implications of a global marketplace?

Globalisation ensures specialisation in production of goods and services as more competition ensures unique needs are catered for. – “A good thing?”.

There will be an increase in the super rich and the divide will increase daily between the wealthiest and the poorest. There are billionaires created every day in this marketplace FACT. – “A bad thing?”.

What are the opportunities that international business can take advantage of?

Speed of communication – (Information can be sent with the push of a button from anywhere and be received in seconds. A product launch can be emailed to millions of email addresses with the click of a button.)

Automation – Product may be mass produced at reduced cost per unit. Sales processes can be automated scripted from a call centre. Sales can be automated your web presence can be your 24 hr sales team. (Customer Services, R&D can be automated based on customer feedback depending on your website architecture.)

Centralisation – Can reap economies of scale not only on production but on human resources, a central legal and financial unit would also be sensible options to have on board. Massive cost savings can be had and everything here can be scaled.

Product Lifetime Extension – A re-launch of a mature product in a less developed environment can breed new life and sales. A change of package or presentation can do the same. Do you sell an ebook online? Get it turned into an audio an sell it pre-loaded on an mp3 player on ebay.

Some threats posed by the increase in globalisation

Technology becomes more available - Michael Porter has mentioned five forces in a competitive environment. With the rise of the internet then each individual will face an increase in all five namely
New Potential Entrants
Increased Customer Choice
More Power to existing suppliers
Threat of substitution of product increases
Rivalry among competitors in the marketplace.

Socio-Cultural issues – often called “psychic distance” there are barriers created by cultural disparities between the two countries, problems arise due to differences in social perspectives, attitudes and language. ( It would be wise for international marketers to target countries that are psychically similar to begin launching new products into.)

Some examples of translation issues

A Thai Dry Cleaners – “Drop your trousers here for best results.”
A Spanish Sports shop – “The athletes foot.”

Even for the giants

Come alive with Pepsi – translated “Rise from the grave with Pepsi” :happened in Germany.

Political/Legal – An understanding of the general attitudes of foreign governments to imports and foreign direct investment will be extra specially important. ( Some legal issues will be involved with certain types of MLM type organisations as they are deemed pyramid and illegal.)

The Chinese governments censorship of information has been a barrier to the early entry of Google into that country.

Understanding the processes is key online there are many - How I Quadrupled My Blog’s Traffic In 3 Months Is an awesome post.

ListCamp new champion web 2.0 site

This is cool and is asking you for backlinks back to yourself. One way links OK not anchor text but I’m going to investigate this somewhat further and update asap. However I did post two links pointing back to my mini reveiw of Internet Marketing Success Formula and see a little inbox stampede of 4 sign ups for Sorens free eBook.

What is ListCamp?

Seems to be a catalouge of lists compiled by it’s users and it is very very new or as yet very under used. I’m quite happy that a resource recommended by Stephen Pierce has a link back to my site on it’s front page right on the home page a link to my post 5 ways to make money from plr.

Click the What is list camp heading above and you’ll be taken back to their about page. There is not a huge deal there but this is the point in this social networking and bookmarking site that you can gain alot of exposure to your articles that contain lists because it is in it’s infancy you can build up a pressence. It’s a good idea people love lists.

It is being whispered about now at the very least get accross there and add a list of your products and services.

Six ways to lose customers or readers today

Ok Bloggers, Product owners affiliate marketers and I mean everyone here here’s some things you can do today to put yourself out of business and loose your readership for ever.

Ignore EXTERNAL environmental influences

1.cultural differences - Is your marketplace global, national local be aware of this bloggers install some kind of tracking code. You can get one free from mybloglog.com and most self hosted blogs will be able to see the nationalities of their readership from their cpanel which will produce an array of stats for you check with a future web hosting provider that they do indeed allow this.

2.Subcultural differences
– Do not try and penetrate a teen market with your knitting blog. Keep it on topic however if you can be aware of subcultural differences then you can keep ahead of future change in your marketplace.

3.Ignore class differences – If you have demographics of your readership and existing client base, info on earnings and spending power then you can segment your lists and market what is appropriate to each customer as appropriate.

4.Social Group Influences – If your part of an online network then if you ignore the fact that the power of many is very hard to raise your voice against then you may be able to speak to the people who won’t voice an opinion because they feel they are going to get into trouble or look stupid. For way too much information on this topic goggle groupthink or groupshift two related terms from the depths of sociology.

5.Family Influences – You must address the partner, kids, parents in your communications they are going to have feelings about your readerships time online and spending address these fears and you have loyal readers and customers. (My wife and kids also would also like me to spend more money and time with and on them. This is the end goal of the whole adventure.)

6.Personal Influences – Please bear in mind everyone is unique and will have tastes and preferences you have to be yourself, but please accept just now that if you get feedback about stuff that is un wanted then you should probably want to pay some attention to that and see if you can cause less offence or confusion in the future.

Communication is a minefield most of us do not speak the same first language, start to look at some of these potential barriers to communication and you will have a stronger customer base and readership.

Twigitt - Twitter meets Digg

Published by under social networking

twiggit.org logoOk social networkers here’s a new twist to the tale. We all look for some added functionality for our online networking capabilities how about if you could combine the power of digg and twitter to let those who veiw your feed at twitter have a feast of your recent diggs. Well now you can with this cool little offering.

Some potential drawbacks might be annoying the hell out of your current following at twitter if you digg 20 posts a day. I do about 2-3 so I don’t think I’ll really piss of my following especially when they start to notice some of their best posts in the twitter feed.

Although the benefits could be multiple growth in the amount of diggs that you and your network receive and end up on the front pages of Digg. Plese bear in mind there is no point ending up on the front page of Digg.com if there is nothing for them to read when there get back to your website that has any value at all to them.

Find me on Twitter.

mind me on Digg.

If your in the internet marketing niche and you post decent content on this site you are in serious danger of me using these tools to promote your site. If you link to my site you are in much greater danger.

Seven more ways to make money with PLR rights

1.Turn content into Video

Similar to MP3 files, Camtasia video is hot! Even more so than MP3. Did you find some PLR that walks the reader through various steps on how to use software, their computer, or the web? Camtasia Studio may be the tool for you.

It seems that people prefer to learn through video. It’s a natural fact people learn different ways some are auditory learners some need to visualise others must read to absorb facts meet all these demands. So, you could create an entire video product teaching someone how to set up a database, a service, or software. If you’re brave you could even video yourself showing how to cook, how to train your dog, or how to pich at incredible speed. The possibilities are limitless here just open your idea box.

2.Start a PLR Membership Site

If you want to start a PLR subscription service, you could buy PLR articles, eBook, or software and charge your terms for these products at whatever interval you see fit, most customers are used to paying every month. But, that’s a little overdone and quite frankly you can’t ensure you are delivering quality content.

How about you being the author what do you love and are passionate about? - sound like too much work probably then why don’t you outsource the work to someone else try elance.com or guru.com there are numerous places online you can find a ghostwriter.

Try writing 50 articles a month (or hire it for approx $8/each). You get 50 members at $19.95/month. Then at most you spent $400 and you got $1000.

3.Change PLR to fit your marketplace better

If you buy generic or use free private label goods you can easily change content to be more positioned in your field. For example, if you have a site about alsatian dogs, you could buy a PLR eBook about dog training.

You could add alsatians pictures; change the content slightly to reflect dog training for alsatians, You have a super nichey eproduct for your customers or newsletter subscribers.

4.Put it on your Blog

If you have your hands on some good quality, content related PLR then give it to the web. Let’s face it, starting a blog is exciting and fun, but maintaining and constantly finding blog materil is about as time consuming and troublesome as it gets.

PLR is a godsend for blog copy believe me many top bloggers are members of many plr sites as well as readers of many blogs.

5.Build a Subscriber List with It

You have to have god quality free stuff to give away that sets you apart from the crowd I usually buy a huge firesale package once in a while and never get round to using it all. You have to work for peoples trust and email address something good for free starts that process.

A huge email list will not come to you. You’ll need to give potential subscribers something of real value. That’s where PLR reports, eBooks, and software come into their own. Make it yours retitle it get your mug shot in there and you have a giveaway product.

6. Resell the Private Label Rights
You will have to check your terms of use before you do this, since many products do not allow you to resell the private label rights. But if you are given unrestricted rights, go for it!

Just as you can buy the PLR material and modify it to make it your own, you can resell these rights so others can modify the product and sell it, too.

You probably won’t make a lot of money on this type of sale unless you picked up a fantastic deal somewhere or you have extra PLR content taking up valuable space on your hard drive that you don’t plan to use.

7. Rewrite it and Submit to Article Directories

Similar to Adsense you can chop the copy up a bit, you can take PLR articles and change them around a bit, and submit those articles to the article directories as your own.

Again, there is a duplicate content issue when we post any content on the web, so please make sure you change the article substantially (50% or more would be ideal) before submitting to the directories.

You may be asking, why submit article to the directories? Well, the answer is quite simple and has worked for years – links back to your site are very important.

With every article submission you can place your about me box or signature in the article. These about me boxes should contain backlinks to your other online properties squidoo lenses, blog website your hubpages.

These links increase googles opinion andtherfore ranking of your site, mainly because they are one-way links (meaning you do not have a reciprocal link on your site pointing to the article directory). One-way links are like gold for SEO, so articles should be a very important part of your SEO plans.
