ListCamp new champion web 2.0 site

This is cool and is asking you for backlinks back to yourself. One way links OK not anchor text but I’m going to investigate this somewhat further and update asap. However I did post two links pointing back to my mini reveiw of Internet Marketing Success Formula and see a little inbox stampede of 4 sign ups for Sorens free eBook.

What is ListCamp?

Seems to be a catalouge of lists compiled by it’s users and it is very very new or as yet very under used. I’m quite happy that a resource recommended by Stephen Pierce has a link back to my site on it’s front page right on the home page a link to my post 5 ways to make money from plr.

Click the What is list camp heading above and you’ll be taken back to their about page. There is not a huge deal there but this is the point in this social networking and bookmarking site that you can gain alot of exposure to your articles that contain lists because it is in it’s infancy you can build up a pressence. It’s a good idea people love lists.

It is being whispered about now at the very least get accross there and add a list of your products and services.

Twigitt - Twitter meets Digg

Published by under social networking

twiggit.org logoOk social networkers here’s a new twist to the tale. We all look for some added functionality for our online networking capabilities how about if you could combine the power of digg and twitter to let those who veiw your feed at twitter have a feast of your recent diggs. Well now you can with this cool little offering.

Some potential drawbacks might be annoying the hell out of your current following at twitter if you digg 20 posts a day. I do about 2-3 so I don’t think I’ll really piss of my following especially when they start to notice some of their best posts in the twitter feed.

Although the benefits could be multiple growth in the amount of diggs that you and your network receive and end up on the front pages of Digg. Plese bear in mind there is no point ending up on the front page of Digg.com if there is nothing for them to read when there get back to your website that has any value at all to them.

Find me on Twitter.

mind me on Digg.

If your in the internet marketing niche and you post decent content on this site you are in serious danger of me using these tools to promote your site. If you link to my site you are in much greater danger.

Seven more ways to make money with PLR rights

1.Turn content into Video

Similar to MP3 files, Camtasia video is hot! Even more so than MP3. Did you find some PLR that walks the reader through various steps on how to use software, their computer, or the web? Camtasia Studio may be the tool for you.

It seems that people prefer to learn through video. It’s a natural fact people learn different ways some are auditory learners some need to visualise others must read to absorb facts meet all these demands. So, you could create an entire video product teaching someone how to set up a database, a service, or software. If you’re brave you could even video yourself showing how to cook, how to train your dog, or how to pich at incredible speed. The possibilities are limitless here just open your idea box.

2.Start a PLR Membership Site

If you want to start a PLR subscription service, you could buy PLR articles, eBook, or software and charge your terms for these products at whatever interval you see fit, most customers are used to paying every month. But, that’s a little overdone and quite frankly you can’t ensure you are delivering quality content.

How about you being the author what do you love and are passionate about? - sound like too much work probably then why don’t you outsource the work to someone else try elance.com or guru.com there are numerous places online you can find a ghostwriter.

Try writing 50 articles a month (or hire it for approx $8/each). You get 50 members at $19.95/month. Then at most you spent $400 and you got $1000.

3.Change PLR to fit your marketplace better

If you buy generic or use free private label goods you can easily change content to be more positioned in your field. For example, if you have a site about alsatian dogs, you could buy a PLR eBook about dog training.

You could add alsatians pictures; change the content slightly to reflect dog training for alsatians, You have a super nichey eproduct for your customers or newsletter subscribers.

4.Put it on your Blog

If you have your hands on some good quality, content related PLR then give it to the web. Let’s face it, starting a blog is exciting and fun, but maintaining and constantly finding blog materil is about as time consuming and troublesome as it gets.

PLR is a godsend for blog copy believe me many top bloggers are members of many plr sites as well as readers of many blogs.

5.Build a Subscriber List with It

You have to have god quality free stuff to give away that sets you apart from the crowd I usually buy a huge firesale package once in a while and never get round to using it all. You have to work for peoples trust and email address something good for free starts that process.

A huge email list will not come to you. You’ll need to give potential subscribers something of real value. That’s where PLR reports, eBooks, and software come into their own. Make it yours retitle it get your mug shot in there and you have a giveaway product.

6. Resell the Private Label Rights
You will have to check your terms of use before you do this, since many products do not allow you to resell the private label rights. But if you are given unrestricted rights, go for it!

Just as you can buy the PLR material and modify it to make it your own, you can resell these rights so others can modify the product and sell it, too.

You probably won’t make a lot of money on this type of sale unless you picked up a fantastic deal somewhere or you have extra PLR content taking up valuable space on your hard drive that you don’t plan to use.

7. Rewrite it and Submit to Article Directories

Similar to Adsense you can chop the copy up a bit, you can take PLR articles and change them around a bit, and submit those articles to the article directories as your own.

Again, there is a duplicate content issue when we post any content on the web, so please make sure you change the article substantially (50% or more would be ideal) before submitting to the directories.

You may be asking, why submit article to the directories? Well, the answer is quite simple and has worked for years – links back to your site are very important.

With every article submission you can place your about me box or signature in the article. These about me boxes should contain backlinks to your other online properties squidoo lenses, blog website your hubpages.

These links increase googles opinion andtherfore ranking of your site, mainly because they are one-way links (meaning you do not have a reciprocal link on your site pointing to the article directory). One-way links are like gold for SEO, so articles should be a very important part of your SEO plans.

Another 5 ways to make money from PLR.

6. Sell the Resale rights

You can always make money by selling the resale rights to the PLR product, assuming the terms of use allow this. There are many affiliates that don’t want to change the product at all, but they want the ability to sell the product on their terms for whatever price they determine and still keep 100% of the profits.

Those are the people that would happily pay a premium to buy the resale rights from you. If you already sell resale rights on other products, this will take you very little time to set up. This method works especially well with PLR software it is possible to do with PDF’s audio and video as well don’t rule out these avenues just yet.

7. Chop an eBook into Newsletter articles

If one of your biggest hurdles is feeding the weekly newsletter monster with new, interesting content, a PLR eBook is the answer This can be easily spoonfed at regular intervals to your subscribers you could also say that they can buy the whole book now if they are going to have to wait for a long time to get all of the instalments (people are impatient monetise this fact).

When you buy a 70 page eBook for $35, you can supply an entire year’s worth of newsletters by simply breaking the eBook into one-page articles. You shouldn’t have to chop it about here either because you’re not worried about duplicate content when your not preparing web copy.

8. Create autoresponder messages for a Mini course

You can take the same concept as the Newsletter and instead create a Mini Course for potential clients. As I mentioned before, giving free information is a terrific way to develop a relationship with your potential customers once they’ve got a handle on what to expect and it’s your job to make sure it’s good they will be more likely to buy.

Once they are in your autoresponder you can cross promote to these people if it’s a similar product you’ve come accross an affiliate programme for let rip you’ve nothing to loose apart from a few subscribers.

9. Create Adsense pages

PLR articles are all the rage with the popularity of websites made for Adsense. That’s why PLR membership sites made such a splash. Webmasters need more and more content to put into their niche websites so they can rank well for more search phrases submit to article directories and use for squidoo and hub pages.

Duplicate content is however a gotcha with Google’s duplicate content filter being among the best of all search engines. So, gone are the days of slapping up 400 PLR articles purchased at ten cents apiece putting the feet up andwaiting for the adsense check.

Today more caution is required. You can still use PLR articles to create new content for Adsense sites, but you’ll need to change the content around before posting on your site so your page doesn’t get caught in the filter and dropped to the 450th position in the search results on Google.

10. Turn content into an mp3

Everything is portable these days and people want options make sure you offer options you could give away the eBook but charge for the audio.

You don’t have to recite it verbatum word for word but use it for a compelling story. Maybe you have a weekly podcast and are struggling for content use the above strategy and your off and running.

You might also just be doing research someone has already done the work and produced the PLR content saves you time by not having to search all over the internet for it.

Ready to start using PLR to make a profit get some from these nice chaps.

5 ways to profit from PLR

Published by under free private label downloads

1. Sell a PLR eBook just as you downloaded it.

Sometimes we find a PLR eBook that is so well written we don’t want to make any changes to it. This is a rarity so make sure that you do actually read it print it ou and read it through. It may be perfect for our target market so we want to put it out for sale immediately.

We should still change it a little your the author now, and adding some links of your own won’t hurt your business. Not quite sure of how to do this then watch this video If you’re not willing to do even that, then you should really revaluate whether this is for you. Go and watch sex in the city or something that’s going to empower something other than your bank balance.

This is the easiest way to make money from PLR, but it depends on a lot of factors including finding a good content writer and an eBook written on the exact topic we are targeting. This is no small task. And, let’s not forget the nature of PLR – hundreds of others have the exact same eBook, and they will inevitably be competing with you for sales the lazy way by spitting it out just as they found it.

2. Bundle Related PLR Products

Maybe you want to sell a package of products to give the buyer more value and increase the price of the sale. In this case you would scour the PLR sites, auctions, and forums to find several topically related eBooks, software, scripts, or articles.

This is a common marketing tactic used in other industries as well. Look at the video gaming market for example. The Xbox 360 unit was released with several “bundles”. The console itself sells for $300 but the Kids Starter Bundle is $500, the Sports Bundle is $600, and the Ultimate Gamers Bundle is a cool grand! Nintendo is the king of this once again the Wii Fit has sold out in the UK and you can only get it in the full bundle if you have something that is very in demand you can give more and charge more.

Whether real or not, consumers think that if they buy more of any one item, they are getting a better deal. It’s a great marketing ploy you will always see a buy one get one free offer in your supermarket, increases the value of the sale, and has been proven to work. Make sure you are adding value if you over burden your new buyer with rubbish they will never ever buy from you ever again.

3. Give It as a Bonus

If you already have a primary product or service and you’re looking for something to make your offer even juicier, a PLR product is the perfect answer.

Since PLR material is much cheaper than your own stuff or that of a freelancer, you can justify giving it away as an extra. Just make sure that the topics are similar don’t give a dog training book with a giving up smoking guide. And don’t be afraid to mix up the format. If your primary product is an eBook, then why not give your customers a complimentary piece of software or vice versa.

4. Use a PLR eBook to Promote another Product

One of the best ways to promote anything is to first develop a trust with your ne prospects. And, time and time again it has been proven that giving them free, useful information is the best way to develop that relationship.

You give them a free PLR eBook chocked full of information about a specific marketplace, and in that eBook you lead the reader to your primary software product (ex. The Ultimate Widget Automater), which solves their problem in some way. I can assure you they are much more likely to buy from an informational eBook than a hyped up sales letter any day of the week don’t not have the hyped up sales letter as well though.

5. Sell it on eBay

Cheaply to find potential buyers for your other products .If you are looking to generate leads for your other products or services, you may want to purchase PLR products and sell them on eBay or other auction sites at cost.

Sure, you won’t make anything on the initial sale, but if you modify the PLR product to link to your products or newsletter subscription, you will surely make some backend money.

The lifetime value of the customer is far more important than making a $3 or $5 profit on each piece of PLR. Build trust and you can sell over and over again and now you have a business rather than a fly by night operation.

What are private label rights?

It’s a confusing topic. So you’ve bought a package possibly at a firesale or some event where you get a ton of products at a highly discounted rate. You’ll probably get more than you could put into practice in over a year. The last package I bought of this nature was Mike Ambrosio’s tax rebate sale which was awesome value for money because I always wanted his plrdominance package and I got that with plr rights for the same price as it retails on it’s own.

So What types of rights are offered and what does it mean to you?

Private Label Rights

Will generaly mean that you have complete use of the product you can alter it as you see fit. Break it up to use as content for your newsletters. Use it as autoresponder material by turning it into an ecourse. Offer it as a bonus to your main product, sell it for cold hard cash under another title. Here’s an example of what you may receive as a private label rights package.

Product #1: PLR Dominance

Included Rights:
  • [YES] Private use
  • [YES] Can be sold
  • [YES] Can be packaged with other paid products
  • [YES] Can be offered as a bonus with paid product
  • [NO] Can be offered as a bonus with free product
  • [YES] Can be added to paid membership sites**
  • [NO] Can be added to free membership sites
  • [YES] Can sell Resale Rights
  • [YES] Can sell Master Resale Rights
  • [YES] Can be used as web content
  • [YES] Can be used as an e-course/autoresponder sequence
  • [YES] Can be used as blog posts
  • [YES] Can be combined to create longer articles
  • [YES] Can have your name on the report
  • [YES] Can be offered through auction sites like Ebay
  • [NO] Can be given away for free
  • [NO] Can sell Private Label Rights
  • [NO] Can Claim Copyright
**In order to give purchasers some time with the material, you may not
add to your paid membership site until August 31st, 2008.
So as you can see this is quite comprehensive and you are allowed quite a lot of scope with this one you should always check the facts before you start chopping it up or giving it away for free. Mike still sells this so wouldn’t want anyone giving away his $99 product to build their list with. Also if you gave that away for free then you could never sell that list a $27 EBook ever because you’ve given much more value in the past for free.
Want some plr of your own to start working with grab as much as you need for free you won’t regret it, just click on the banner below and get started.

A marketing mistake of the offline set.

Published by under internet marketing tools

So you don’t have a website. Ok that’s maybe fine your the local grocer, hairdresser, pizza parlour. How do you keep in touch with your marketplace?

Well what do most offline businesses do to produce new customers, they advertise give away freebies as promotional tools to build brand awareness. Some spend hundreds of dollars on these types of promotions. OK and it works out for them or they wouldn’t keep doing it and be in business.

What would be easier build a list of email subscribers that you can mail on demand with your offers for free. This wouldn’t work for me I own a pizza store may be what your thinking!

You are so wrong what if you could send out a mail reminding people that their favourite football team, basketball team whatever you want to market on why would your pizza buyer not want to cook for themselves tonight?

Now answer this question for them and you have sold their pizza they’re already on their way to pick it up.

Why would they want to receive your email well you could give options for people to add themselves to your list within your existing advertising if they join your mailing list they’ll be sent a money off coupon by email.

Please note this will cost you offline guys nothing.

Still looking for some more info check out these tips for using an autoresponder email service to fuel business growth, save time and increase both customer loyalty and profits.
