It is estimated that 120 million people in the world have lymphatic filariasis. The disease appears to be spreading, in spite of decades of research in this area.

Myth no1
Older people are all the same. - so wrong it’s about as stupid and offbase as assuming that all teenagers are exactly the same.
Myth no 2
Old people think of themselves as old - now here’s a direct quote from my wifes 83 year old gran. “Your not old until your at least 95″
Myth no 3
Not an important marketing segment - guess what old people have the most spending power on the globe just now. No mortgages and more free time on their hands.
Myth no 4
They won’t try some thing new - contrary to young peoples opinion this is not even close to the truth and related to the fact that the young tend to think that old people keep themselves to themselves just have a look at your local paper and there will be some form of targeted activity advertised by older folks for older folks.

They have impaired mental abilities - absolutely wrong and sweeping generalisation 95% of the older generation have exactly the same mental capacites that the did 15 to 20 years ago.
myth no 6
They are in poor health - well the ones that are in poor health are but this is the same for any age and it is generally assumed wrongly once again that anyone over 60 isn’t physically active if we were being honest here it is our teenagers that aren’e physically active.

What does a dead Moravian dude know about internet marketing?
Who was Joeseph Alois Schumpeter? And what the hell has he got to do with internet marketing?
Joeseph Alois Schumpeter, was born in Moravia in present day Czech Republic, he later became an american citizen. An ecconomist and potitical scientist, who tried to integrate sociological understanding into his ecconomic theories. He saw innovation as fundamental to the entreprenurial process of wealth creation and is one of the most influencial ecconomist of the first half of the 20th centruary.
He produced two major strands in his work and you can apply either to your business today.
Schumpeter I
In his earlier writings mostly termed Schumpeter I, there is the idea of the entrepreneur as the heart of the business. Idea generation is the birth-place of many great new products. Without an idea we wouldn’t have a keyboard to type the article on etc etc.. Within the Schumeter I approach the role of the individual is of absolute importance. Whithin this model for successful new product generation and innovation you would have to be the entrepreneur yourself. If this is your path then I highly recommend you take Russell Brunsons training on offer at the contest.
The world however got smaller when the size of corporations grew and with this Schumpeter produced a second model of innovation which is generally termed the Schumpeter II model.
Schumpeter II
This second theory of innovation has been changed radically because of the size and overlap of industries, things being more interconnected and the flow of information being much faster. It is easy these days to scale something to fit a niche to rebrand something alter some content and pass it off as your own. Even collaborate on multiple tasks with multiple people accross many geographies involving multiple media and many timeframes.
